Construction 99% Complete

Yay, I'm so excited. Construction is almost complete. The outer shell is pretty solid, we are just trying to finalize some details before we kick start with all the actual appointments planned ahead.

I'm waiting for furnitures and other small decors to arrive the studio. been having so much fun opening deliveries. It kinds feels like boxing day.
